A 2-day service-learning experience in Ghana's Volta Region - share your skills with local schoolchildren and immerse yourself in Ewe culture and village life.
Step beyond traditional sightseeing and take part in a meaningful cultural and educational exchange in Ghana's Volta Region. This two-day service-learning tour connects you with a rural school where you can share your time, skills and encouragement with local children. Support teachers by helping with basic computer skills, reading, sports, creative arts or any practical expertise you bring. You'll also deliver learning materials that directly strengthen the school's resources. Between your volunteer sessions, experience daily life in the community through a guided village walk and hands-on cultural activities such as palm-wine tapping, Ewe storytelling, drumming or kente weaving. Your stay with a local host offers an authentic glimpse into Ghanaian home life. The tour also includes visits to the Tafi Atome Monkey Sanctuary and the spectacular Wli Waterfalls.
